The water on this little beach tucked between two piers comes right up to the wallat high tide.

Its position in the heart of the district of the Chambre d'Amour makes it one of the two town beaches of Anglet, just a stone’s throw from the emblematic Conference Centre of the Chambre d'Amour.

Are you familiar with the legend of the Chambre d’Amour?

It is a tragic scenario which tells the tale of the ill-fated love of two young people, Laorens, a poor orphan, and Saubade, the daughter of a rich farmer. They both met in the grotto to bill and coo despite having been forbidden to do so by the father, and were finally swept out to sea by the wild Atlantic breakers.

If you carefully watch the images of the webcam, you may catch a glimpse of them!

Whatever the case, be careful. There are no lifeguards on the Club Beach.
