Photographic credits
Anyone using any of the photographs from the Tourist Office must obtain prior permission for such use and undertake to observe the constraints on the law of March 11, 1957. Any such permission is purely intuitu personae and cannot be made available to any this party.The permission granted by the Tourist Office covers free use related to information on or promotion of Anglet, to the exclusion of any advertising or commercial use.
Any use other then those indicated hereinabove will entail legal proceedings.
In accordance with the law of March 11, 1957, the signature of each reproduction is compulsory. Any reproduction of an image must be accompanied by the following indication: Anglet Tourist Office / Name of the photographer.
This indication must be shown in full close to the reproduction or in a general table enabling precise identification for each reproduction.
Proof of publication
The user undertakes to send full proof, free of charge to:Anglet Tourist Office – Promotion Department – 1 avenue de la Chambre d’Amour
