Émilie Marsh developed a passion for music, poetry and writing at an early age, and after a writing course for singer-songwriters at the Rencontres d?Astaffort, she took up the electric guitar and changed her style, moving from folk ballads to a more rock style.

From then on, she performed a series of concerts, making a name for herself both as a singer and as a guitar accompanist. From 2015 to 2022, she was arranger and guitarist for singer Dani. She then composed and co-produced the album Sur les cendres danse by Jil Caplan, whom she also accompanied on stage. She collaborates with Marilou, whose debut album Mauvaises Filles she writes, composes and produces, and is a member of the all-female trio Bodie.

In 2019, she released her first self-titled album, followed in 2021 by her second, Nevada. Émilie Marsh is considered "one of the best musicians of the younger generation".
