Fêtes autrement ! Les petits chocolatiers et le Xocoatl des Aztèques à ANGLET

These two chocolate workshops will help you discover the different stages in the production of chocolate, and the origins of the organoleptic characteristics of the finished product. They also reveal the origins of the chocolate recipe and how it has evolved over the centuries!
The "les petits chocolatiers" workshop includes sensory challenges, fun activities and tasting sessions from cocoa bean to chocolate!
The Xocoatl of the Aztecs will enable participants to make hot chocolate the Amerindian way.
