This workshop invites participants to recreate a real forest through the creation of a terrarium. This mini-forest, in a glass container, functions as an autonomous ecosystem, inspired by forest and wetland environments.
Using raw materials from the Mendi greenhouses - plants, plant mosses and natural elements - participants create their own miniature landscape, echoing the balances observed in the coastal forest. Guided by horticultural professionals, they discover the principles of a living ecosystem: humidity, soil, vegetation and natural interactions.
At the end of the workshop, everyone leaves with their own miniature forest, a living, evolving object.
Children will be offered a smaller alternative.

Organized by Mendi, le jardin de tous.
