A true Anglet institution, "Chez Fine" has become the Hotel** Bistrot Fine.
In the heart of the Montbrun and Blancpignon districts, the establishment offers 10 freshly renovated rooms and an adorable Bistrot in its original state, with 50's tiles on the floor, old-fashioned furniture, flattering lights, work or relaxation areas, open terrace and large bay windows.

Anais and Fred have chosen Valentin Gobin for this friendly Bistrot. Creative and passionate about a generous and original cuisine, Valentin offers in the morning succulent freshly baked brioches accompanied by a fresh juice or a latté.
For lunch, terrines, homemade rillettes as starters, simmered dishes, fish from the market or other revisited street food.
On Friday evenings, the bistro remains open for aperitifs with a selection of beers and suggestions from Valentin.
