Discover their daily lives by visiting Anglet?s rescue stations with one of them.

Meet the ambassadors who ensure our safety every day.

Program:
- Visit the premises and learn about the history of Anglet?s beach lifeguards.
- Discover the teaching and rescue equipment.
- Explanation of the dangers of the ocean, the information panels on the beaches and the specific features of the Anglet coastline (how the dykes work, the rollers on the shore, the action of the Adour river, etc.).
- Opening of the first-aid post and choice of bathing area in real time.
- Introduction to good bathing practices and eco-actions on the coast.

It's sure to inspire people to take up the fascinating profession of lifeguard, which combines perfect knowledge and observation of the ocean with mastery of first-aid techniques.
