Gifted with an innate talent from an early age, Ben Ricour also boasts a beautiful voice and fine guitar playing, all of which he uses to light up stages and win over his fans. His passion for folk began when he met composer Pierre Grillet, with whom he collaborated on his first acoustic album, "L?aventure", released in 2005. His repertoire grew richer, drawing inspiration from the likes of Souchon and Bashung, and in 2007 he released his second album, "Ton image", in a more rock style.
Ben Ricour has also collaborated with a number of singers (Florent Pagny, Olivia Ruiz) and opened for Véronique Sanson, Marc Lavoine, Vanessa Paradis, James Blunt, Tryo and Sinclair.
A guitar virtuoso, this musician demonstrates his instrumental versatility by also playing the sampler and the cajon.
