Three exceptional concerts performed by pianist Matthieu Esnult to support the restoration of the stained-glass windows and mosaics at Sainte-Marie Church.
A native of the region, he trained at the Bayonne Conservatory, then at the École Normale Alfred Cortot in Paris and the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London— where he earned a Master’s degree in Piano and a Diplôme d’Artiste by unanimous decision, and where he now teaches, he has performed in more than 70 countries across 7 continents, from Carnegie Hall in New York to the Royal Festival Hall in London, and on major stages in Beijing and Shanghai. A recipient of numerous international awards, he also holds three Master’s degrees from the Sorbonne in Musicology, Philosophy, and Literature.
