Two scientists from the Interdisciplinary Research Group for Access to Elective Office (GIRAFE) claim to have founda method that, if followed to the letter, guarantees victory in any election. With little regard for ethics, they provide an audience of future candidates (the public) with all the tools necessary to run a successful campaign.

Drawing inspiration from the major political figures of our time, they answer the questions every candidate must ask themselves if they hope to win: How do you create a good platform? How do you make conflict disappear? How can you communicate effectively? How do you speak when you have nothing to say?
