Coastal lifesaving and bodysurfing club, affiliated with the French Lifesaving and First Aid Federation and the French Surfing Federation. Offers introductory and discovery courses in coastal lifesaving and bodysurfing, as well as first aid and lifeguard diploma courses.
We accept trainees aged 8 and over, provided they can swim.
The activity enables you to understand the dangers and risks of the Atlantic coastline and the Anglo-American coastline in particular, to overcome your apprehension of the ocean and waves (aquaphobia), and to learn about sporting and professional lifesaving.
Targets ages 7 to 77:
1. Understand and "read" an ocean body of water.
2. Get out of any situation (bay, waves...).
3. Use lifesaving techniques.

  • Sauvetage côtier : Accompagnement - Sensibilisation aux dangers de l’océan : - Lire la mer - Reconnaitre les dangers (Baines, courant, shorebreak, vagues, vent…) - Connaître la signalisation et le travail des sauveteurs

Les locaux se situent à la plage de l’Océan à Anglet et sont ouverts les mercredis et samedis toute l’année y compris pendant les vacances scolaires, permanence assurée par les coachs et responsables administratifs.
