Ama Studio & Café Holistique is a zen haven for amazing women! This unique place combines wellness, alternative medicine and conviviality, offering care and support solutions for women and families. Forty therapists work here, covering a variety of areas from preventive medicine to specific support for motherhood. Maïté, a passionate nurse and founder, has created a space for exchange and serenity, where everyone can find their balance, from fertility yoga to naturopathic treatments, massages and energy healing.

Mums find a space to recharge their batteries, chat and even work, while their children play in a dedicated room. The café-tea room, designed to encourage socialising, is at the heart of this welcoming environment.
Ama also offers experiences such as sound journeys and phototherapy.
