La Force Basque in Anglet: an unforgettable summer show!

Get ready for a unique experience where you won’t just be a spectator! Attend the traditional Force Basque show in Anglet, where sport, feats, culture and humor come together to create an unforgettable moment.

See our real Basque “Hercules” defy human limits: they lift stones weighing 250 kg, carry cans weighing 41 kg each, and cut trunks at an impressive height of 6 m.

Take part in epic events such as soka tira (tug-of-war) and let yourself be carried away by the energy and brute force of the athletes from the Euskal-Jokoak club in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, the champions of the Basque rural games.

Enjoy an authentic atmosphere with taloa, a Basque specialty, and cold drinks. It’s a convivial moment to share with the whole family, and one that’s sure to please young and old alike!
