Kill Me is a raw, joyous, incandescent cry from the depths of the soul. Argentinian choreographer Marina Otero continues her autofictional trilogy begun with Fuck Me and Love Me, with a piece that is at once disturbing, poignant and terribly alive.
In a trashy confession danced, performed and sung, she stages her own downfall, her diagnoses, her loves, her doubts and her body? but not alone: surrounded by four performers and the spirit of Nijinsky, traversed by their own troubles, she transforms vulnerability into power.
Performed in Spanish, with French surtitles.
Not recommended for under-16s (presence of scenes of total nudity; sensitive content on the subject of suicide).
Running time: 1:30 hrs.
