Our vision of society influences our vision of nature, and vice versa. Recent discoveries about micro-living organisms - bacteria, fungi... -we need to completely rethink our relationship with health and ecology, and reinvent our social relationships. How can we draw inspiration from living beings to become more resilient? Can we save humanity by treating the soil?s microbiota? Are we moving towards a more egalitarian, more cooperative world, or, on the contrary, towards a world that is more closed, more hostile to otherness? Will the ideal of growth give way to that of a regenerative economy?
Anne-Sophie Moreau will attempt to answer these questions and, based on the reflections in her latest book, sketch out what a "fermentation society" might look like.
