At the entrance to the Euphrates, you'll find a slate with the words: "Here we prepare our kebabs with love." The stage is set. You enter the restaurant through a corridor surrounded by tables harmoniously arranged amidst oriental decorations, warm colours and photos of these countries bordering the Mediterranean. Once the order is placed, the sandwich is prepared in front of us: bread made on the spot, fresh products and crudités, fries cooked for your sandwich, all this opens up your appetite! In the end, the flavours are there and the mention located at the entrance of the establishment largely honoured.
