Yoga classes are offered by Anglet Tourism and taught by qualified teachers, in the Chambre d'Amour area, facing the ocean.
These sessions take place in a calm atmosphere where you can practice different postures such as the sun salutation, some balances and inversions and a relaxation to the sound of the waves... Whether you are a beginner or an expert, all levels are welcome.
