Opened in 1992, it has been delighting young and old alike for 30 years. It is run by Frédéric Pommiers, a pastry chef who has worked in various establishments in France and abroad, and as a commis de cuisine at the Elysée Palace, under the direction of Joël Normand, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. The hallmark of Frédéric Pommiers? patisserie is authenticity, as he does not cheat on the quality of his raw materials. In his store, Frédéric and his team offer revisited classics as well as more innovative products, seeking to help customers discover pastries that are closer to the produce and the seasons. Chocolates, ice creams, spreads, all the pastries are homemade, with a constant concern for the balance between taste and flavor, and without excessive sugar, to preserve all the subtleties of the basic products.
