Anglet's beaches stretch for 4.5 km from north to south and are bordered by a pathway known as the Promenade Littorale (Victor Mendiboure Promenade), enabling walkers and sports enthusiasts to link the lively La Barre and Chambre d'Amour districts on foot.
All along the promenade, there are freely accessible playgrounds, relaxation areas and leisure facilities for all the family. There's a skatepark, a basketball court, beach volleyball courts, children's play areas and sports equipment. From the promenade, you can also see the Izadia park, the Atlanthal thalassotherapy centre and the famous links course at Golf de Chiberta.
